Welcome to Feshwari Home. By using feshwarihome.ae, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or confirming a purchase.
All products, images, descriptions, dimensions, materials and finishes shown on the website are provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate; however, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings and natural material variation. Natural marble, wood, veneer and similar materials may vary in colour, pattern and texture from one piece to another.
Product availability and prices are subject to confirmation. Where a product is marked as “Price on Request,” the final price will be provided through an official quotation. A quotation may include product costs, customisation, delivery, installation and other applicable charges. An order is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and accepted by Feshwari Home.
Custom-made and made-to-order products are produced according to the specifications approved by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming dimensions, materials, colours, fabrics, finishes and other order details before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders may not be cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged unless the product is defective, does not match the approved order or applicable UAE law requires otherwise.
Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith but may change due to material availability, supplier delays, access restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure that the property is accessible for delivery. Additional charges may apply where special equipment, additional labour, storage, redelivery or restricted access is involved.
Customers should inspect products at the time of delivery and report visible damage, missing items or incorrect products as soon as reasonably possible. Any return, exchange, repair or replacement request will be reviewed according to the type of product, its condition, the confirmed order details and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Care instructions should be followed according to the product’s materials. Feshwari Home is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unsuitable environmental conditions, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions.
All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Feshwari Home or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
Feshwari Home may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any revised version will be published on this page and will apply from the stated update date. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, and nothing in them limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. UAE consumer and e-commerce rules cover transparency, product information, fair commercial practices and consumer rights in online transactions.
